COVENANT HILLS, LADERA RANCH
Having been involved with this home from its inception through completion, we were able to select all building materials, fixtures, details, etc. The homeowners desired a Spanish Colonial feel, with a warm color palette.
Custom iron details were created for architectural elements, lighting and bathroom fixtures. Highly detailed tile patterns and rich materials contribute to the grandeur and history of the spaces. The use of rich wood tones, faux finishes, and textural wallpapers add to the richness of the interior as well create warmth and comfort.
